I'm older but still doing hard workouts 3 times a week. When my muscles get too stiff and sore (every 2-4 weeks), this is where I come. I've now had 6 or 7 massages here and would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a deep tissue massage. It is simply the best massage I've found in the north Columbus area. If you just want a lighter "feel good" massage, just tell the masseuse and they'll be glad to deliver. But the standard here is a very deep, rejuvenating massage and very pleasant staff.

Amazing massage using acupressure. One of the best I have ever had. I plan to go back. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
