Very unprofessional, massage was poorly done and we didnt get what we originally wanted. Aside from that we had to sit and assist the front desk personel in filling our paperwork we had already filled out the day prior. Im sure Lily is great at what she does but the people we got were definitely not, will not be coming back to this establishment.
The service was terrible. I called and she told me to come immediately if I wanted. When I arrived, she spoke to me strangely. She took me to the room without asking what time I wanted or if there was anything else. The music wasn't playing until it finished ten minutes early. When she finished, she didn't use any wet towels. I left covered in oil.
Lee is the best!! This was my first time having a massage done at Lily's Asian Massage. My back has been hurting for upto a month. I tried physio, chiropractic and to no avail. It took Lee one session and finally I have relief!! I highly recommend Lee Lee if you see this thank you!!!
