Great place
I have a friend residing at Bolton Clarke, Lilydale whom I visit regularly. I am so grateful for this place and the sense of 'home' that is created. I appreciate this is a smaller facility which is a plus in my experience. Eventhough the staff are busy, I find them personable and responsive to any requests or feedback I ask or offer.
