lovely caring staff!!
After making a difficult decision to move mum into care we couldn’t ask for more. Mum seems so happy and engaged. They all have lots of fun and post regular updates on Facebook. We’ve been made to feel welcome and part of Lilybank from the start. Thank you for all your hard work.
Mum has been at Lilybank since August. She has settled in very well. The staff are truly caring. We couldn’t ask for more! In fact, I’m thinking of booking my place there!
After working in health and social care for over 20 years, seeing how much effort is being put in to enrich the lives of the people they support here is really heartwarming. The residents are encouraged to take part in so many fun activities which are low impact but fulfilling which really does give the service a feather in its cap and sets it apart from other residential services.
Kind caring staff who do their best to keep the residents' spirits up. My father in law spent several months there and the staff was always helpful and gave us as much contact as they could in the difficult lockdown circumstances. They also regularly post photos on their Facebook group so family members can see their loved ones and what they have been up to.
