Asked for 20 min went 30 for foot massage hubby asked for 10 massage kept saying 20 min then during the massage person said very tense need 30 min hubby just paid and left to not cause a seen at the mall good price but only go the time the customer requested

Do not go here. During a massage they always try to get you to agree to do a longer session. Then they try to charge you more than advertised. In addition they expect a huge tip. I have no idea how they're still in business. Really wish Ohio would crack down on these business.
