I would recommend highly recommend Lily. I’ve had many sports massage sessions in the past but Lily’s stood out against the rest. Gentle techniques which really made me feel stretched, relaxed and restored. A really warm welcome to my first session of hopefully many more! 🙏

I have recently suffered a lengthy and debilitating injury,but after being treated by Lily I am now on the road to full recovery. Thanks to Lily I can now enjoy full mobility and enjoy all the activities I used to do. Lily is a highly professional and knowledgeable person,and puts you at ease in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
My first session and Lily made me feel so comfortable. Her work is exceptional. She used techniques I’d not had before and I felt the benefit of her working slowly and taking time to focus on specifics areas. I had been feeling like a hard marshmallow but, she stretched and worked on my body and I feel nourished and relaxed. Lily has so many strings to her bow which I’m looking forward to exploring as time goes on. The space is wonderful. I’ll be coming back and I highly recommend Lily ☺️
