UPDATE 7/23/26 Thanks for your response, but I have to correct something because it’s simply not true. I was not driving during the second call. EDIT TO ADD DUE TO THEIR RESPONSE**: the timeframe you checked the cameras are the times WE WENT IN the room, not when they started the massage. We were taken back into the room at 7:30, started 7:40. I have text time stamps. And we left the room the time you are stating it was over, not when they actually finished - so not a full hour as others have left a similar experience I have nothing to gain from this TRUE review. I scheduled for a massage with this place because it says all over their website that they are taking insurance. When I got there they told me they don’t take insurance. I told them multiple times their website says they do but they only kept dismissing the conversation. It was very strange. I will not be going back due to false information from them. I was also extremely itchy and breaking out in hives after the massage.
So amazing exactly what I needed ❤️
I have been in search of a new massage therapist since April when I moved here. I called Lily Massage because they supposedly take my insurance and the reviews were good. I called and spoke to a lady and told her I was looking for a new massage therapist and she said they ARE NOT taking new insurance patients.
