I have been in search of a new massage therapist since April when I moved here. I called Lily Massage because they supposedly take my insurance and the reviews were good. I called and spoke to a lady and told her I was looking for a new massage therapist and she said they ARE NOT taking new insurance patients.
Massage itself was good. However, my Fiance and I came in for a 1 hour foot massage (only) and had to reiterate that 4 different times. The last time they understood for some reason? They started to massage my forehead and I had to tell them for the last time a foot massage only. So they officially started at 7:40 when the appointment was as for 7:30. I have been a repeat customer at Lily Massage, but after today’s interaction, I will not be returning. At around 10:30 AM, I called to ask about availability. The employee (“Amy”) responded dismissively and told me to come around 11:30–noon, without offering to book or take my name. To avoid inconvenience, I called back at 12:30 PM to confirm before driving over.
