I wasn’t too pleased today while shopping there was an older lady pushing a duster mop all over ? the store as I was trying to shop. She never looked up and said hi how are you doing today, just seemed too busy cleaning! No personality period. When I went to look at the charms no one asked can I show you something? Store is very stuffy and they seemed to busy washing windows dusting floors
Lily Mae's is my go-to whenever I need a gift or want to treat myself. It's family owned and they've been in Wake Forest for over 20 years, and you can feel that. The staff actually helps you, whether you're pulling together an outfit or hunting for a last minute present, and they never make you feel rushed. They carry brands I love like Pandora, Southern Tide, Lilly Pulitzer and Yeti, plus tons of unique little finds you won't get at a big box store. I had Kayla and Robin and they were just so kind and helpful
Terrible customer service. I went to exchange a birthday gift. I was told because it was two months past I couldn’t because the store had a 14 day return policy. I explained that it was a birthday gift and that I wasn’t aware there was a 14 day return policy; and because I have a demanding work schedule today was the one Saturday I had free to come to the store. Angela is just the worst! Soo rude and negative, a real downer to encounter in store, everytime! Also when she's in the social media posts, I just stop watching, her voice and personality are just awful, I cannot support anything she does. She is definitely the worst part about this store (and the cheap shoes with a high price tags $$$$.)
