My husband and I went in to ask about their foot massage and ended up getting the 30 min. The lady was so nice, she called another lady who arrived very quickly! They start by having you sit/lay on a lounging sofa, they bring out some towels - one under your feet the other over your body. They wipe/rub your lower leg and feet with a warm towel, then massage one foot for 15 min, then cover that foot and switch to the other foot for 15 min.
