I wanted to buy local and have now purchased 2 gowns at Lily by Lila’s. However, our experience was marred by very poor organization/communication hiccups at every turn. Firstly, when the dress order arrived, the store apparently sent us a text to our landline to notify us. Though there was no record of their call on my landline or cell phone. 4 weeks later and no further attempts made, I called in to the store and was told the dress had been sitting there for a month. an absolutely amazing experience! the store itself was super homey and well organized. however the part that made the whole experience really special was the lady who helped us. ayla was an absolute angel and knew exactly what i was looking for. not only was she able to help curate my experience but she made me feel super special and looked after despite there being another appointment booked at the same time as mine. highly recommend booking an appointment while she is working!
Some beautiful and reasonably priced options even for those of us past our prom years. Friendly and accommodating service with a sense of humor made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. To top it off, the team at Lily by Lyla went above and beyond to get my purchase to me even after I forgot it at a cafe next store!
Just wanted to thank the young lady who saved the day for me. I was desperate to find the perfect dress for my sons wedding since the original had been ruined. I explained and she delivered. I didn't think I would have much luck since it was July 21st and the wedding was on July 27th. Thankyou for all that you did to help find the perfect dress. Great service, very kind and helpful sales people and there was no pressure to buy. Also, there was such a variety of beautiful dresses that we didn’t see in other stores!! Both of my daughters bought their grad dresses here and loved them!! (Photos taken by @viva.lux)
