I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lily and Todd. I placed a large order of coordinated outfits for my extended family, including three of the same size T-shirt. While packing my order, the company reached out to inform me they were missing one of those tops. I clearly confirmed via email—and again over the phone—that they would still be sending the remaining two in that size. They reassured me multiple times that this was exactly what would be shipped. Hi, I generally don't post bad reviews on Jewish stores but I had such a TERRIBLE experience. I placed an order online and I wanted to cancel, after I realized I chose the wrong size. I reached out to customer service via email but they refused to cancel my order. They claimed, I have to receive it and then request a return. I never had this with any other website and, I am deeply disappointed.
Lily and Todd’s clothing store has great styles and quality at fair prices. Friendly service and a nice selection. Highly recommended.
