I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lily and Todd. I placed a large order of coordinated outfits for my extended family, including three of the same size T-shirt. While packing my order, the company reached out to inform me they were missing one of those tops. Hi, I generally don't post bad reviews on Jewish stores but I had such a TERRIBLE experience. I placed an order online and I wanted to cancel, after I realized I chose the wrong size. I reached out to customer service via email but they refused to cancel my order. They claimed, I have to receive it and then request a return. I never had this with any other website and, I am deeply disappointed.
