The shop itself is nice enough, but the older women at the register were berating some poor woman on the phone over something (very loudly). They were treating her so poorly yelling and everything it was terrible. There’s no excuse to treat customer service workers like that. Won’t be shopping here again if those are the kind of people that own this place.
My friends and I always make it into Lily's while in Waynesville. I usually come out with something. Always reasonable prices and some unique finds. It's an adventure to.go through this wonderful store. The clerks are very nice here too.
