I love the Lilly clothing and all the bright colors are fun . However This location has terrible customer service. Please fix this Lilly. I left without a purchase not one person spoke to me until i said hi first and even then it was as if i was a bother ... Unacceptable and the store was pretty empty .

Usually I don’t leave reviews, the clothes in Lily are beautiful, the staff, not so much. They were rude and I felt as if they were looking down on me because I was in “gym clothes” no one greeted me, I had to ask for help, I felt like they were staring straight through me. The customer service is horrible, hopefully the staff in the store today has a better day tomorrow for the sake of return buyers! And I still purchased clothes when I should have walked out :)

By far the worst customer service team in the retail industry. You should be embarrassed by your level of customer service. You need to do better. My wife has waited over two weeks for a response to her concern. Her order was mis-delivered. She ordered a dress for my son's graduation and your customer service team has not done a thing. Your phone, chat and email might as well not even exist.
