I love the staff at this Lilly store! I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by multiple employees immediately asking if I needed help finding anything. As I was trying clothes on to see what I liked, the fitting room attendant was so accommodating and would help me figure out sizing and all that! I had a great experience in this Lilly store and I will be so happy to go back in the future.
I love the Lilly clothing and all the bright colors are fun . However This location has terrible customer service. Please fix this Lilly. I left without a purchase not one person spoke to me until i said hi first and even then it was as if i was a bother ... Unacceptable and the store was pretty empty .
Usually I don’t leave reviews, the clothes in Lily are beautiful, the staff, not so much. They were rude and I felt as if they were looking down on me because I was in “gym clothes” no one greeted me, I had to ask for help, I felt like they were staring straight through me. The customer service is horrible, hopefully the staff in the store today has a better day tomorrow for the sake of return buyers! And I still purchased clothes when I should have walked out :)
