By far the worst customer service team in the retail industry. You should be embarrassed by your level of customer service. You need to do better. My wife has waited over two weeks for a response to her concern. Her order was mis-delivered. She ordered a dress for my son's graduation and your customer service team has not done a thing. Your phone, chat and email might as well not even exist.

Horrible customer service and non flexible return or exchange policy. I would never want to go back to the store and be interested in their items. The associate would never tell you ahead there is a price difference when exchange a same style item purchased online but different pattern until the exchange is processed. If there’s a 0 I would 100% rate it!
