My friend and I went in on a Wednesday and stated we'd both never been in a Lilly store before. The staff were wicked helpful and super friendly. When we walked in the next day, they remembered us and assisted us with our outfits and checking out. Awesome women in the store!
I really loved my experience here! The shop assistants were all so nice. They helped recommend me all sorts of fun clothes. I came looking at a dress I had seen online and ended up buying it in store because everyone was so kind :)
Went to this lovely store in July! The absolute best customer service! The ladies were the sweetest and so helpful. We are in Charleston every year, and I will never miss stopping by!
Wonderful customer service! Walking in, you suddenly feel happier with the vibrant colors and very warm welcome. After visiting a number of stores where no one even acknowledged me being there, these lovely ladies welcomed me with open arms! I so appreciated everything they did and I walked out with beautiful new dresses and a boost of humanity. Highly recommend if you need a little pep in your step with incredible people who just make you feel like a human. Thank you all!
