I don’t know what has happened to Lilly but this is not the company whose clothes I love so much anymore. I went to this location and was not even greeted by the sales associates. The place seems so snobbish to me. Living in Oregon I purchase all my Lilly online but even then the last few times I have had issues. This company needs to get there act together because they are losing loyal customers like me.
Poor service
My mom went to the store and called me to ask what I want. I had to ask the lady who worked there a couple questions and she was very helpful. She also had a tape measure, so my mom could check the measurements of the garments before buying them.
Love this store and line dot some great stuff for my collection
