I visited the store today with my 14-month-old in a compact travel stroller while my wife was shopping for a dress. We were quietly tucked into a corner, out of the way, when an employee approached and told us to move because “there wasn’t enough room in the store.” The interaction came across as unnecessarily pushy and unwelcoming. After years of shopping here, this experience left a very negative impression, and we will not be returning.
On main st with free street parking. This store is on the smaller side compared to other locations, but has well organized sale section and staffs were friendly.
The staff here are FANTASTIC and incredibly helpful. I needed an emergency dress for a wedding when the zipper in the one I brought broke, and the ladies here leapt into action. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with the perfect dress. They made sure I didn't forget any accessories, and they saved the day!
