This has to be my favorite Lilly store. Every time I go there, I'm greeted by Amanda the store manager or Mollie the assistant manager. They are both as sunny and cheerful as the beautiful Lilly Pulitzer clothing. They are always encouraging and honest when I try on outfits from the newest release. It's so refreshing to shop when there's no pressure to buy something and instead have fun. And yet, I always leave with at least one beautiful new outfit that makes me feel so happy. I love this place!
I can’t say enough about Ms. Mollie, I called her store , I was out of state looking for a specific outfit for my granddaughter and she had it! Her bubbly , professional, going over and above attention was absolutely incredible.She provided 1000% Top Notch customer service ! Our conversation was like we have known each other forever. I LOVE Lily Pulitzer clothes, and I love THIS Lily store the most out of any I've been to!!! The staff at this particular location is just so awesome. They make it such an embracing, warm, welcoming environment in that store and it makes it all the more fun to go shopping for clothes. I've been going here for a few years now and I really do love this store and the staff, for real. They are awesome people and are super helpful in their service. 5/5 stars!!! Highest recommendation!!
Love shopping at the Lynnfield Lilly! The ladies are so friendly and helpful and make shopping fun! I drive 2 hours to shop at this location!
