I have always loved the Lily Pulitzer brand, but my experience in one of your stores was very disappointing. The associates were rude, unfriendly, and made me feel unwelcome instead of valued as a customer. Customer service is a huge part of any shopping experience, and unfortunately, the behavior of the staff reflects poorly on the company.
