I had a chance to pop into this store and from the moment I walked in, Elle was so kind, everyone in the store was helpful! She greeted me, let me shop in peace and when I did pick something up she started a room for me. Super sweet lady and I hope she gets recognized for her kindness
I brought the Leena top handled purse last summer used it once. Today I pulled it out to use for Easter only for one of the handle hardware to fall off. I called the store and customer service with no help saying I purchased it past the return policy. This is a defective purse I only would like to replace it. This purse cost me 300 only to be used once. I need someone from the company to reach out to me. I will never purchase another item for this company if it’s not resolved.
I absolutely love this Lilly Pullitzer store and every single associate that works here. They know me, they treat me like family, they know what I like and keep me updated on all new styles coming soon. These ladies are Fabulous! Best of the best!!
