The service was exceptional!
I would echo an earlier review of the store not following the brands motto which is to ‘delight their clients’. I have never been treated so poorly in a retail experience. The manager Shelly does little to show any respect or appreciation to her clientele. Try the Mashpee store - close by and a world of difference in service!
Visited the store today, great experience. I was shopping for a special birthday dress for my daughter. The associate that helped me was so kind and helpful. Although they didnt have my daughter's size today, I will return in a couple weeks to check again! Update: I returned a few months later with my daughter. The staff were just as kind and helpful and my daughter was able to pick out her own birthday dress. So pleased!
