Lilly Pulitzer in the University Town Center in Sarasota is one of the best stores I have ever shopped. Mimi, Christine, Maureen, and Lexi all made sure I had the sizes and colors that fit correctly. They told me honestly what worked. I felt great leaving Lilly with what I purchased. Thank you to the gals who were so genuinely nice.
A few weeks ago I experienced the best manager and staff at Tyson’s Galleria in VA. Amazing service, conversation and advice. We were engaged from the moment we walked in. Compare that to this week, at this store — nobody greeted us, asked if we need help, when engaged acted annoyed, gossiping about customers in the fitting rooms. Avoid this location and spend your money for a better experience elsewhere.

The staff seemed annoyed when I asked for my size. One person would say that’s all we have in stock and another one would go into stockroom and find my size. I didn’t appreciate the laziness or lack of effort. There was one employee that seemed to hate her job.
