ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’ve bought many Lilly Pulitzer items online & I’ve never had an issue that was until the other day when 1/2 of my order was wrong. So I drove 90 minutes to the store at the Derby St Shops in Hingham MA w my incorrect item still sealed in it’s original packaging w the tags attached & the manager there a woman by the name of “Kristen Souza” not only did absolutely nothing to help me but insinuated it was somehow my responsibility to know why the item I was shipped was an outdated item. ... read more

Went in looking for the Sarissa shorts , was told they don’t exist. Ladies were not friendly
I came in here at the 11th hour to find a dress for my bridal shower. I didn’t expect to find something since the bright prints are not totally my style but I was so surprised to find multiple things that would work for me. The store is like a little sanctuary and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I was in and out of there in no time!
I love this store! Since it has opened in July, I have already had about 4 purchases. The staff is very friendly and professional. The store is gorgeous, especially the dressing rooms. They do not have all the Lilly clothing that is on the website, but they have a great supply.
