I love Lilly Pulitzer it’s my favorite store. Love all the colors and beautiful dresses. It’s make people very happy, I go to palm beach PGA Norstrom mall . Also the people at store very nice , treated their customers .

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to the Lilly Pulitzer store in Palm Beach was truly disappointing. The staff was shockingly rude and dismissive, even though the store was not busy, which made it feel intentional. The environment itself was uncomfortable and poorly maintained: the air conditioning was broken, making it unbearably hot, and there was even a leak dripping from the ceiling.
