I came to this store today Jul 16th. I wanted to exchange a dress that I thought it could work but after having kids it didn’t fit right. I explained my reasoning why I wanted to exchange the dress and the manager explained that it had been longer than 30 days and that it wasn’t possible for her to accommodate my request. This store is incompetent. Drove all the way out there to return items. They have a very restrictive return window so drove out within the window. And the store is unable to accept returns. They gave me a FedEx to ship to the store! I was there with the items in store. Shop somewhere else.
I visited this location on May 4th and had multiple items I was going to purchase from the new release. Big mistake! I entered the store and not one employee greeted or offered to help me. They were too consumed with putting together a fashion show. I was clearly in the way and should not have been there. I sadly left without purchasing anything. My wife was treated pretty bad today when picking up an online order today for 3 dresses. Not a small order by any means. The employees are very stuck up and rude. Their comment was “Because it’s so busy on the weekend you should call the store to put in an order instead of online”. Seemed as though we inconvenienced them. The atmosphere there needs to change. When you shop it’s all snobby employees walking around making you feel you’re not important eyeing your outfit up and down.
