I've been a customer of this Lilly for years and have never had a bad experience! The sales associates are helpful and attentive. Soon after my last visit, I thought I had left something in the dressing room (thankfully I ultimately found it in another store) and all of the sales associates stopped to help me look. Thank you for your help! The store itself is well stocked even during the busy sales. I've shopped at several Lilly stores and this one is a wonderful location.
Lily Pulitzer has been one of my favorite clothing stories for the last decade. I typically shop online, as my size hasn’t varied over the years. After my recent experience today at the North Hills location, I think I’m done. As the only non Caucasian person shopping, I was the only person not greeted coming and leaving. this place was truly wonderful! I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did. the whole team made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. the staff here are not only beautiful but incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Everyone was so helpful I especially want to give a big hug to Rachel, who took such amazing care of me. She was the absolute sweetes so warm, funny, and easy to talk to. she truly made my visit feel personal I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m visiting.
Poor communication. This location also offered services they could not provide without a response or informing the customer it could not be ordered and done. The only thing I got in response was “I’m sorry and you can call another location.” They didn’t hold what I had ordered in store yesterday over the phone and they didn’t call the second location as I was told they would on my behalf.
