this place was truly wonderful! I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did. the whole team made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. the staff here are not only beautiful but incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Everyone was so helpful I especially want to give a big hug to Rachel, who took such amazing care of me. She was the absolute sweetes so warm, funny, and easy to talk to. she truly made my visit feel personal I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m visiting.
Poor communication. This location also offered services they could not provide without a response or informing the customer it could not be ordered and done. The only thing I got in response was “I’m sorry and you can call another location.” They didn’t hold what I had ordered in store yesterday over the phone and they didn’t call the second location as I was told they would on my behalf. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing looking for a dress for my rehearsal dinner. Carter (I am 99% sure that was her name) came up and immediately started helping me. She pulled every white dress in my size for me to try on, and I did find the perfect one. Her customer service, as well as the other two women working, was amazing! At other stores, you would never get this level of service so close to closing time, but the team here was great!
Today was my first time visiting this beautiful store! I love this location. Great customer service. Wow!!! the girls working in the store made me feel like at home… I definitely will come back.
