If you want to be treated like absolute garbage and not even get a hello when you walk into the store this is the place for you. I was going in the store with one goal in mind summer dresses!! But nope it didn’t happened seemed as I was invisible because I wasn’t an over privileged white old lady. Took my business to Vineyard Vines in Miromar Outlet instead. We will not return.

I typically have good experiences at Coconut Pointe Mall, and rarely ever have anything negative to say. However, the experience I had at Lily Pulitzer ; I felt compelled to share my experience. As I was shopping a young lady I believe to be named Maci or Macy had been eyeing me down the moment I walked into the store. I typically do not care if employees are being vigilant with myself or customers as it is apart of their jobs to watch the floor. Generally, the store is friendly and beautifully stocked. The staff is readily available without being overwhelming. Recently, I tried to return an item. The item had arrived with a free gift. I forgot the gift and the return was refused. The cashier was adamantly disdainful. So unpleasant!
