I'm being kind by giving a 3 star review here today.. My wife has always shopped at this store location in Oakbrook. Yesterday's experience was really not great at all. We were in there buying clothing literally were greeted and then someone did open a fitting room for us after we asked. That was literally it, there was no checking on her at all. I have selection of collector, but it is not the whole store.
Last week I visited Chicago and had to visit the Lilly in Oak Brook. The ladies were extremely nice and helpful. If you are in the Oak Brook area I recommend this location.
I just went in your store today on April 27th around 3 to 4pm. I always shop at your Naples location and other Florida locations. We love Lily pultizer. Today’s expierence wanted me not to buy anything. As soon as we came in we weren’t greeted or acknowledged. There was nobody else in the store so that wasn’t an excuse. It was two young ladies too busy talking to each other about non related work conversation. Totally unacceptable. We wanted to buy a dress a cooler and a few other items.
