My mother and I shopped at the Lilly Pulitzer location in Disney Springs yesterday and wanted to take the time to compliment Loretta. She was the most friendly, helpful Lilly employee we have ever encountered at any store, and went above and beyond to help me and my mother. She is phenomenal.
This is a TOP TIER Lilly store - you'd expect nothing less, considering the location. The sales associates were tops on their recommendations for me and my niece - VERY helpful and not overbearing. A real pleasure to shop here. I can't believe any negative reviews from anyone given our experience. The BEST!
I had a mixed experience on Wednesday afternoon. One salesperson was very rude and condescending to me while the other salesperson was fantastic. If I didn’t love Lily, I would have left the store.
Yikes, this is very likely the worst experience I’ve had in this entire Disney vacation. The employees were the epitome of rude. As soon as I walked in, I got a strange feeling (when I wasn’t even quickly greeted), but being the Lilly lover I am, I tried to push through.
