Rude. I tried to return a dress that didn't fit as I bought it online and she told me it was final sale as it was passed 30 days (ordered May 24th but didnt get it until june 2nd from shipping delays so I was 2 weeks off). I'm from out of town so I waited to bring it into a store so I could find something that fit or that I liked. I would have exchanged it for another size or spent more money on something that did fit.
