Love I absolutely love Lilly! The only store near me is the one in southlake town square, and it is lovely. The sales associates are always incredibly friendly and available for assistance. I was having trouble deciding on what size to order a dress online so I called the store in southlake for help. They did nt carry the dress in their store so an associate by the name of Amy called another location to get as much information for me as possible to help me make the best choice. I was also ignored in the store. When I went to check out, the associates seemed shocked I was buying something. Won't be visiting this location again. Corporate should be ashamed of this store.
Terrible customer service. I was completely ignored. After speaking to a sales associate I heard her gossip to another worker that Lilly Pulitzer is "too classy for a girl like me". ABSOLUTELY HORRIBlE EXPERIENCE! I'm sticking to shoping online or travel to other outlets.
