A friend of mine purchased a $200 dress just prior to Covid in late February. She reached out to the company to receive a return slip and was told she is past the 90 day return date. When she mentioned that she was unable to return doe to Covid and restrictions in place for quarantine , the company basically said too bad that’s our policy. Shame on Lily Pulitzer

Can't say enough great things about this store!! Wow! Excellent service by Barbara and the rest of the staff, they made my friends and I feel like we were in the comfort of their beautiful Victorian home!! Can't wait to go back and spend more money! The beautiful quality of Lilly is why I love their clothes so much but shopping at this location just added to the fun of "Loving Lilly🌺" it was the highlight of our weekend!!
My favorite clothing line of all time! I live in North Carolina but, I frequently visit NYC and ALWAYS plan on shopping at your boutique. The staff is so helpful, kind and smiling from ear to ear 😊 Love y'all very much!
