My experience with Lilly and Lolly started out really well. I received a prompt text message upon ordering in November 2024 advising me the lamp I had ordered had “just sold out” and a replacement (but different coloured) lamp could be provided pre-Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised with this speedy service and responded straight away saying I was happy to wait until after Christmas for the item I had ordered.
