I ordered an item of clothing about 4 months ago and I am still waiting for the item to arrive. I have been in contact with the customer care team and they have advised that my item is out of stock and I needed to choose another item, which I did, twice. I have now requested a full refund as four months has passed and I have no update as to when I could be receiving my (revised) item. I would not buy again from them. It all fake fashion and poor quality. All made in China which explains it all . Very misleading. Pretending it was from Zara. The item arrived late with zero labels which is illegal in the uk!!!
Ordered a dress. Waited weeks. Finally, heard from company that the item I ordered was out of stock. No where did anything indicate that the item was out of stock. Now, they refuse to issue a refund. They expect me to order something else. Why would I order something else from such an incompetent company!
