I talked with Erin to help file an objection for child support modification. I had to call numerous times to see if it got in, when I finally got an answer it was filed too late. She then had to file another motion for reconsideration which ultimately got denied. I'm still stuck in the same situation because of lack of communication and incompetence which they're still trying to bill me for.
