Very rude and disrespectful staff.I bought two pairs of shoes for my kids,35$ each.They wore it to a party for less then 3 hours and the shoes were torn.When I showed it to the lady she said that these are not 300$ shoes.I mean can you be so disrespectful to your customer???I asked her if they were responsible for the quality,,,she said no.I wonder if they are not following the policy….no exchange even if the product is low quality,,,,,how r they allowed to open a store???!!!!! Is it legal?????Please avoid this store
Extremely rude customer service. Owner gave me a snarky comment and their return/exchange policy is crap! If they fixed these things I would rave about the store, but instead I will tell people to never shop there because of this. Will never shop here again!!!
I found this store by accident while Christmas shopping. I needed a suit for my son. They had a huge selection of colors, patterns and sizes. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was a great experience. The suit fits perfectly.
