9 yr old chose shoes that fit but next morning when she put them on they felt too tight. Shoes never worn, NO REFUND for absolutely brand new unworn. Rude and didn't care about it. Will never shop there again.

Funny they closed before 6.45pm today (Sunday 12 April 2026) even when it says 7.00pm Maybe The staff wanted to go home early? Very poor. This is how stores close permanently, improper management and non motivated staffs.
