Fui a hacer mis taxes aquí y la persona no paraba de hablar por teléfono, me hizo los taxes a la carrera 0 profesional, tuve que ir a otro lado por la porquería de "trabajo" que hizo y nos dimos cuenta que no hizo bien las cosas, con uno de mis hijos se equivoco hasta en el apellido, no lo recomiendo para nada!
Lilia was very nice, however we have been struggling to get ahold of her. After filing, the irs contacted us that we were missing information and couldn’t get a refund and I wait 1 hour outside the time they “open” and she never showed up. I called all the numbers, never got an answer. FOR 1 MONTH have not been able to get in contact with her. And we were charged a lot to file and still having to pay to send information that should’ve been sent. Please, save time & $ go somewhere else.

The owner is sexist ,my wife went there to do taxes,they treated her just fine,no issues.but when I went,a man ,Lilia the owner said I needed proof of residency, physical copy of my daughter's birth certificate, some type of 1095 form to prove they are my kids,and I couldn't even get my taxes done bcus I didn't have all the documents ..my wife only had her cell phone and no other documents and they treated her fast. Place is in the hood and a dump,I wife will not be returning to do taxes here ever again
