I went in hoping to find a good bra after breastfeeding 3 kids. found a model I like but said they didn’t have my size 32c and they couldn’t order it. after trying a few models that didn’t suit my taste, she said maybe I should go shop elsewhere because they were more catered to an older audience with bigger chest size. altho the sales women was nice and helpful It was just a very odd experience. I guess don’t go there if you look young with a smaller looking chest.
We recently purchased two items from this store and were surprised to find no price tag on it—only to realize after getting home that the security tag hadn’t been removed either. We had to drive all the way back just to have it taken off. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. For such an expensive item, we expected better service and attention to detail.
Très mauvaise conception de la boutique, surtout accompagnant une personne à mobilité réduite. Je comprends très mal l'insistance maladive pour obtenir nos informations (nom, courriel, téléphone) pour gérer l'achat d'un soutien-gorge pour ma mère. Le soupir quand on refuse à de multiples reprises est lourd. On ne retourne plus là!
Aucun respect au clients mauvais service à la clientèle je recommande pas ce magasin
