I would strongly recommend NOT using Lilia to file your taxes. I emailed her to ask a few basic questions (ie. if she could do my personal taxes, how much would she charge and when could she do them by). She responded with a couple follow up questions (ie. asking where I was located and what I would need to bring to an appointment, looked at scheduling a time to meet, etc.).
