Photographer showed up late, wasn't prepared and this company has completely ignored all communication on the canvas we paid for but did not receive.
Horrible HORRIBLE communication. Gave several calls, left several voicemails, even sent emails out trying to speak with Lili Lu to see if they'd be available for our wedding. 2 weeks after our inquiries I got a "follow up" email of the owner saying we never got back to the email she sent to us. Looked through my spam and junk and never once received any communication. We used you almost 6 years ago for our wedding at Rosen Shingle Creek. We had two shooters… a guy who did great and a girl who seemed very inexperienced. We had the girl for most of the day and all her photos turned out horrible and none of our photos seemed like they were retouched at all. I’m confused on what we waited a month for. It seemed like you guys took the unedited images and uploaded them online. I hate looking back at my photos. I would never recommend this company.
Cortni was our photographer for our engagement and wedding sessions. Not only did the pictures turn out great, she made the experience fun and easy! We are over the moon happy with our engagement pictures and can’t wait to get the final wedding pictures back! Thank you so much xo
I would like to take a minute to give CORTNI the biggest shoutout possible. Although we didn’t get to meet until my wedding day since I was a destination bride, when she got there it was like we had known each other for a long time. On the day of she gave GREAT DIRECTION (esp for someone who’s as awkward at photos as me) & it was super obvious she was a pro.
