The highest quality and absolute best customer service. Forever a loyal fan of Lila + Hayes!
Wonderful online customer service! Love the women's pajamas as well as the kids and will definitely order again!
Awesome customer service!!! I just made the purchase so I can’t say anything about the products, but I got help ( during weekend) with combining 2 orders in one so I wouldn’t pay for shipping twice. Also got a discount.
Awesome! I found Lila & Hayes searching for Pima cotton PJs (so soft and breathable, cotton PJs are getting harder and harder to find) Lila & Hayes has tons of cute prints and their items decently priced (pima is expensive!) I also got some baby items for a friend and paid for gift wrapping - they did such a lovely job. Great products and fantastic customer service. Thanks!
