My two kids started seeing a therapist at lil’ steps when they were struggling with anxiety. After a few sessions they had the tools to they needed to get them through tough times. What I love most is that they know they have their “talk doc” now, so if they ever have hard times - it’s not weird or awkward to go back again. Lil' Steps has been absolutely amazing in supporting our family through a difficult time. My daughter can't say enough great things about the counselors and the animals. They are a wonderful support. I highly recommend them as a place you can trust. Thank you Lil' Steps!
