The 11/21/2014 review WAS dead on,and it was time for those owners to fade away. However the new owners are very polite and helpful ! My family has used them for years and we are very pleased with their work,and now even more pleased with the friendly front counter service.
Amazing!!! I use them for all of my monograming needs. With new ownership the customer service is great and new product is coming in all the time!

Do NOT go here for your monogramming! I have been here a couple of times and just looked past the extremely rude service. But today was the LAST time I will step foot in there. From the moment I walked up to the counter she treated me like I was such an inconvienence to her. The first thing she did was grab her notepad and say "what to you want" she never even looked up ( much less smiled).
