RETURN MY MACHINE which was not completely serviced so it was taken back to them. Now they have had it for a month and their phone rings busy-(off the hook?)

Was not a pleasant experience. Took 3 weeks to get my sewing machines back. Owner was unprofessional. Will not be returning, and will be advising others of the experience in detail. Word of mouth is powerful.
