All of the staff are very kind and welcoming. Especially in the infant 1 room. Being a first time mom comes with a lot of anxiety and questions. Bringing my child to Lil Explorers in Buffalo puts my mind at ease knowing that the staff is trustworthy, thoughtful, and always put the needs of children first.
Our son has now attended for over a year in various classrooms, infant through toddler. He has had wonderful teachers in every room who always have something positive to say about his day. At drop off every morning, he is off running to greet his teachers and friends and knowing he is excited to be there makes me happy and confident about our choice in daycare. I can’t explain how great of a feeling it is to drop my son off somewhere knowing he’s well taken care of, learning new things, and is safe! The teachers and directors here are absolutely amazing! They truly care about each and every kid they care for! I can’t say enough good things about lil explorers.
My daughter brought 4 of her kids to this place. 2nd day he had a big not bruised on top of his head and when she went to pick him up they told her they weren't sure of what had happened. He's only 1year and some months. LeeAnn the cordinator brushed it off when my daughter called for answers. She said "kids are resilient and kids will hit" mind you she has 4 kids. My son went to this school and it was amazing! The teachers were very good about communicating and working with me as a team. The assistant manager was great about listening to me and quickly acting on anything I had to say. 10/10 experience with the facility and teachers!
