The representative who helped me (Nelson Rodriguez ) was extremely polite and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, ensuring I got exactly what I was looking for. He made sure I drove away with a large vehicle that suited my lifestyle . I picked up my car. I drove it about 6 miles, and on the driver's screen appeared. The warning message "maintenance required". This store had closed and I drove the car until I returned it with the message still appearing on the driver screen.
