The Enterprise branch on Monument in Concord is one of the best locations I have visited in a long time. While I have also had positive experiences at the Antioch branch, the Concord location is particularly convenient for me. This is the worst place ever. I got scammed. I sent my AAA here to get a vehicle until my car is fixed. They gave me a damaged Vehicle. I knew something is fishy with the agents here so I video recorded the damage before I drove off. When I dropped off the car. After 6 month they charged my card for damaged vehicle. I try to talk to the manager he said “idk” and everyone lied. They are scammers. And yes if you are a female be very very careful here. Also I’m attaching the video that I recorded just in case.
