1 Star Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I made an online reservation, but when I arrived at the location, I was told that the car I had reserved was not available. This happened not once, but twice — both last week and again this week. Before going to the location, I even called and spoke with someone who confirmed my reservation.
