The manager at the Monument blvd location in Concord CA has the rudest manager named Ryan who treated us like criminals trying to steal his car. We paid all the time and he insisted on harassing me daily to return the car even though we kept paying. DON'T ever use that location unless you like to be treated badly by the manager.

Max was very helpful, and quick with renting the vehicle to me. Explained the requirements for return, and forewarned areas that I should be concerned about vehicle damage. Will rent from enterprise again
