Unfortunately, we did not end up purchasing our baby furniture here due to the sales staff being overly pushy. While they do have some nice nursery sets, when we were still deciding whether we wanted to purchase a full set, we felt pressured to leave a deposit to “lock in” the discounted price, as they said they couldn’t guarantee the sale would continue beyond a week. You must visit this store if you are expecting kids. You will not find better furniture and customer service. My wife and I have 2 beautiful girls and can now sleep easy because they sleep easy from the wonderful furniture cribs our babies sleep in now. Down to the delivery service where by the guys professionally assembled the furniture for us.
I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and transparency from this business. I would not purchase from them. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and important information was not disclosed upfront. I learned only by calling that the online delivery fee was incorrect and my order would have been cancelled without warning.
