I purchased a hydraulic plumbing tool from likyhome on December 2024 for $1640.00. It is now 7 months later and the tool is showing signs of failure. These tools are good for 30,000 cycles before requiring services. My tool has done less than 1000 cycles and is already showing signs of failure. Now here’s the kicker. The only place to service these tools is in Brisbane. I live in Sydney. If I sent this tool to Brisbane for service I’d potentially pay the value of the tool in hire fees to secure a similar tool.
