Normally I would give 5 stars but this year they dropped the ball , I was married near the end of the year 2025 to an immigrant and we have not yet received a SS number for her so I need to send it by regular mail ( not allowed to e-file ) and include form W-7 for a ITIN number , they just acted as if they couldn’t either understand or didn’t care in fact told me they filed one man’s as single since they also had yet to receive a SS number , one of the lady’s acted as if I couldn't file my spouse anyway which is not true . used their services for a few years. this year they did not use all the documents that were provided to them. they filed standard deduction and not itemized. they had to do an addendum to fix their mistake. when I picked up the new returns the lady did not explain anything and threw my documents at me and said just go. very rude and not professional. their mistake was near a $3,000 difference.
Monday may 8th 2023 at 3:07 pm their answering machine doesn't say anything about new hrs tho.
Do not use these disorganized, unprofessional lackwits. They will "forget" to call you when things are necessary until a week before the tax-deadline. You will send them multiple copies of necessary paperwork that they will claim to not have received, until you claim you resent it and ask them to look for it. They will "just get it" after that. They will misfile your taxes and you'll pay more than you ever have. This place is the worst. Save yourself.
