Using the treadmill and roller machine 3 times a week I was impressed with the amount of CM I had lost in only 6 weeks which I wasn’t able to achieve in months at the gym. My skin tone and elasticity has improved from the infrared lights as well. My mood and energy has improved as a bonus. Alli is professional in her knowledge and friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
