What a fantastic experience. The least stressful check in ever. Joy at Hawaiian took care of us and was unbelievably helpful
A well aged airport but is very clean and roomy.....
TSA is a bit of a nightmare here. The scanners are slow and the Supervisor has a bad attitude. Update - downgraded from 2 to 1 stars. Scanning machine 2 had an issue today. There were also travelers being send to Line 2 after it closed. They keep saying this is the easiest TSA screening, but is is more like third worst behind MCO and LAS.
Well everything there closes extremely early, like 7:00-8pm! In which case when I arrived it was 9:30 at night! Now none of the vehicle rental/leasing companies are located at the airport anymore you how to catch the shuttle bus to their actual on-site/off-site location!
